Hi, I’m Amanda martell
you can call me manda — interior design plan enthusiast, finish selection fanatic, and the person who will happily geek out over a great ceiling detail.
Most days, you’ll find me in my home office in sunny Florida, coffee in hand, wearing ripped jeans and a cheerful tank top, deep into CAD drawings, lighting layouts, or refining selections for incredible homes. I’ve worked on some pretty wild projects over the years — think private home elevators, slides between floors, and oceanfront spaces designed to make every day feel like a vacation.
When I’m not designing, I’m usually on the beach, playing board games with my family, or catching up on a Netflix series. I still carry a bit of my Connecticut roots with me — I grew up next to my grandmother’s 1740 farmhouse and enjoying time at my friend’s cabin with nothing but the outdoors around us. These days, my version of the outdoors looks a little more coastal, but my appreciation for relaxed living, natural beauty, and spaces that truly feel good to be in still inspires my work every day.
My Design Journey
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Endicott College and have spent 16+ years working in the design industry. My experience spans high-end custom home builds, multi-family residential projects, and detailed plan reviews — always with a focus on marrying beauty with usability.
Highlights of My Career:
Custom Home Builds: 15 years working on homes often over 5,000 sq. ft., collaborating closely with architects, builders, and clients.
Multi-Family Residential: 5 years designing clubhouse amenity spaces and reviewing apartment unit layouts.
Office Interiors: 3 years planning spaces for Teknion and Herman Miller dealerships, including time as Lead CAD Specialist and Design Manager.
E-Design & Remote Work: 3.5 years creating beautiful, functional spaces for clients all over the country without ever stepping on a plane.
Skills & Tools:
Space planning, construction documents, and electrical layouts
2D & 3D architectural renderings

Finish and fixture selections
AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, PowerPoint
At the heart of it all, I believe in creating spaces that feel effortless, intentional, and deeply personal — whether we’re working together in person or from opposite coasts.
